Know how much tax you owe
As a freelancer, I’d always have no idea how much tax I owed at the end of each financial year. Very rarely it was a pleasant surprise but more often than not I owed more tax than I initially thought.
As part of our new dashboard (more on that very soon!) we’ve added a very simple but super useful feature that will let you how much tax you owe the ATO based on your income to date. You’ll find this figure at the bottom of the new “This financial year” box on the dashboard.
So no more tax surprises. Cheers to that!
